I just got some blazing star bulbs that I purchased (yeah, I know, I know) on Ebay
They look a little dried out???? Is this what they are supposed to look like?
Also do I have to wait until fall to plant these or is it okay to plant them now?

Plant them now, say lots of prayers and do not keep your hope up too high. If they do not show any growth then......
Mine looked like that...are they around 1" ? - they look smaller
The only thing I would add is that mine did not over winter very well....they didn't like the rain and moisture that we have here in Ireland
So - I suppose they would be ok in the sun!
