Eastern Black Swallowtail (Papilio polyxenes)
Nice picture, but it looks like an Eastern Tiger Swallowtail (Papilio glaucus) female - black form, rather than an Eastern Black.
Hello Lill, You are correct, it is Eastern Tiger Swallowtail (Papilio glaucus) and is posted correctly at BugGuide - http://bugguide.net/node/view/158754/bgimage. I will attempt to get the Admin to move it to correct area here. Thank you for catching my error!
