These young folks came strolling through the yard this morning. Now, we have Muscovy ducks and the little white crested ducks...and a few mallards. A couple of these guys have the little tufts so when I first saw them a few weeks ago, I figured they were the cresteds, but now I see them again, I'm thinking: Is it possible a muscovy and a crested got together? They seem to have alot of color other than white on them. Is this possible? Or do the younguns always have brown on them?
Just curious...

Odd ducklings..
These look like a breed of domesticated farm duck. Derived from Mallard originally, bearing much the same relationship to a Mallard, as a pet dog does to a wolf.
