Rescued Baby Bird

Yesterday my DS was walking in the yard and looked down and there was a tiny baby bird. We have a well off lady in the small town next to ours that rehabilitates birds. She has an aviary and many cages in a room or two in her home. Lovely person she is. Well she was so excited yesterday with the baby (we didn't know what it was) that turned out to be a waxwing. She has a waxwing that has lived with her for a long time because with the wing problem it can't be released. The lady waxwind loves baby waxwings and when they get one she fosters it and it really happy. When the babies are ready to fledge she releases them in the trees in her yard.
