First av terrarium (excited)

I posted on the other site but since this terrarium has a beautiful mini in it.......i want my av friends to see........
I am going to the doctor in Houston where I have gone for over 20 years to the same physician and his same secretary.........in the past, I have traditionally taken her flowers out of the yard with a new little vase each visit............she is going to be so surprised to see something different.
There are in this vase:
1 mini av with double purple blooms
1 dwarf pepperomia
3 episcia 'Pink Dreams'
1 episcia 'Royal Ruby'

Every plant is already rooted so that she won't have a hard time with it...........

You all are soooooooo nice to me..............hope I can encourage you as much as you do me!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I don't know why I get so excited doing anything with plants........i would rather get plants than a gift certificate to Neiman Marcus any day of the week.

Wow! Very, Very Nice Gail! I love that Mini AV ... those double purple blooms are so pretty! That second photo is Great ... really shows how Beautiful those plants look in that terrarium.

Lucky Secretary! I know she will adore it! You really did a terrific job!

I am sooo like you ... I'd rather get a Gift Certificate from Anywhere that sells plants than Neiman Marcus, Sacks .... wherever! Must admit though, I've never shopped at those places! hee hee ... I am disappointed if I get a gift certificate from J.C. Penney cause they don't sell plants! LOL .... at least if it was a G. Cert. from Wal-Mart .... they have a Garden Center!

Well, I don't shop at Neiman's either.........but you get the idea..........I just like to buy or receive plants or any part thereof!!! (LOL)

Gail That is soo neat looking. I keep telling myself one of these days I am going to try my luck with a mini terrarium. I just love how they look : )

This is 'only' my opinion.........but the hardest part to me is starting to collect very small green plants........miniature begonias, etc.............that is what I am working on now........i will always have mini avs, but need to spend time progating these tiny green plants.....
