Judsonia, AR(Zone 7b)

I have several, bu tlooking for others, I already have a a white with red center, copper shield, and a red one and texas star. Looking for a plum, pink, pink with red veins, any thing that's a dinner plate

I have tons and tons to trade. I'm about to buy these so please speak up if you want to trade.

here's some plants I can offer in trade. But if you let me know what your interested in I can probably come up with quite a few perennials to exchange as well.

I have no hibiscus to trade for these though, just other plants.

wow wish i had these back lol
i got rid of mine several years ago because the june bugs and beetles wanted to eat them alive,ok i am watching you post lol maybe i will see something that you want that i have hehehheheheeheh

Hanson, KY(Zone 6a)

The bugs.... especially the Japanese beetles do seem to like the Hibiscus....... do they not!!!!!
My mother is a firm believer in Sevin (Spelling?)Dust but I hate the way it makes the leaves look....so I have been using Advanced Garden....so far it seems to be doing the trick. (Knock on wood!)

Judsonia, AR(Zone 7b)

I always have to poison mine with something, I get a lot of catapillar action going on with them too.

I have that red one though, thanks. Really want the dinner plate and that plum one.

Keep watching moretz, i've been in the trading mood lately, will post first before I buy just to make sure I can trade for it first.

our only garden center sells the hibuscus for 20.00 and that's highway robbery to me.

Fate, TX(Zone 8a)

how's that yellow oleander? lol

this is what i have but i would have to root them all:

noid solid white dinnerplate
noid pink/hot pink dinnerplant
"flare" red dinnerplate.........has red stems
peppermint schnapps
turn of the century
seedling 2-3 in. tall white tx. star or could root a cutting
hibiscus cannbinus........although an annual they get huge and the leaves are so cool.......gregg, dowling and tainung 2
everglades 71 is gone.

if you want any of this lmk but i will have to root them.

Judsonia, AR(Zone 7b)

oleander is doing well, not hardy though I rooted a piece and left it out side over winter, lost mypin k and red oleanders. still have the yellow though.

all those hibiscus hardy? some i've not heard of will have to look up LOL

what do you want in trade?

let me look them up and see which ones I want. they all plants? or do you have to root them

Judsonia, AR(Zone 7b)

what are you wanting to trade for these

noid pink/hot pink dinnerplant
"flare" red dinnerplate.........has red stems
peppermint schnapps
turn of the century
gregg, dowling and tainung

Fate, TX(Zone 8a)

demonic laughter erupts.................hahaha

well i have to look up some of your plants. i am interested in the "ee's" that might be hardy outside where i live. and i will check the other stuff you listed. do you grow any of them outside?

the last 3 plants are anywhere from 1-2 plus ft. tall from seeds this spring. i just put them all in the ground and roots looked good.

all of the others would have to be rooted. i already have peppermint schnapps and turn of the century in some soil. the others i need to start. but if all went well i could have them all in a few weeks. i am so optimistic. if you want the h. cannabinus now i could go ahead and send those. i don't want any of your plants until i get these rooted though. and if you want to do your own rooting i could just send you some stalks of all you are interested in. i don't normally do cuttings thru the mail but hibiscus are pretty easy. so lmk.

Judsonia, AR(Zone 7b)

I forgot I had a red one so I'm scratching that off the list. The only hibiscus i've ever rooted was the confederate rose.

I am mainly interested in the
peppermint one and the
turn of the century.

it's getting severely hot here, so I really want to trade as soon as possible, so why don't we trade for these two since I was mainly looking for pink ones and dinner plate. But I have a white and red hibiscus, don't think their dinner plates though. but that's ok.

let me know what you want for these two plants, and if you need any help with what my plants are let me know .

some of them are taken in other trades. others are high dollar and i'd be a bit choosey on what i'd trade for those. but pick and i'll let you know if I still have them.

I'm out of the giant blue and the coffee cups, i'm working on a current trade for those two.

Fate, TX(Zone 8a)

o.k not clear..............you want to trade asap.............so are you going to root the peppermint and turn of the century yourself? am i sending cuttings?

Judsonia, AR(Zone 7b)

oh sorry, I thought they were rooted already LOL silly me.

i'll let you root them, you pick your plants in trade though so I can put them aside, since your rooting them might as well root the others I listed I wanted LOL sorry to confuse you. Ithought those two were already rooted.

noid pink/hot pink dinnerplant
"flare" red dinnerplate.........has red stems
peppermint schnapps
turn of the century
gregg, dowling and tainung

if you could root these, a nd let me know what you want in trade.

Fate, TX(Zone 8a)

why don't you just put aside the kewense and yu hwa gingers and tell me which callas you have?

is black beauty the same as illustris?

and i have the other xanthosoma.......the crested.

i have begun the rooting process on all of the ones you asked about.

Judsonia, AR(Zone 7b)

sending you a dmail

I bought 2 last year and I know one of them is Luna. It was a light pink one. I would have to see one of the blooms to make sure what is what and there are buds now. If you want to wait until then, I can try to root one for you or take a division. I've never propagated hibiscus and could use your direction. I'd like to learn how to do it anyways. Let me know. Andrea

Judsonia, AR(Zone 7b)

Luna is a solid white hibiscus. if you got a light pink one it was probably misnamed. I do have a white one with red center . I'm working on a large trade now with mamajack, and that's probably all the hibiscus i'm going to be needing, I think she has one of everyone there is LOL

thanks again

Browns Mills, NJ(Zone 6b)

not a problem. the luna blush is a white with pink and the red eye. that is what i had. happy gardening!
