There used to be something you could click on, that was on your homepage. You had to click on quite a few links to get to it. It was to guide you to people who are located near you. The last time I tried to find someone in Charlotte, it came back with a message that said it was disabled because it didn't work right. 8-((

Well if and when I finally get moved into my new home I will be fairly close to you.

I won't have anything to trade since my land is a bare slate. I mean it has nothing but a house, and trees.

But I would love to meet you and maybe check out a few of the nurseries in the area, and in time when my garden has something that you would like to see in yours I would be happy to share...

moretz, I do still plan on making it that way one of these days! CARAT, where's your home in NC...I'll surely be able to help you with some plants, I seem to recall you like tropicals, but my memory is usually wrong, LOL :)

HI, trop. I am in SC actually. My house is in Filbert between Clover and York. I am 8 miles from the SC-NC border.

I love all plants except cactus at this point and I am sure that my distaste for that will lesson once it is not all I see on a daily basis.

I do have all the wonderful plants that I received from the RU. They are at my friends house in Brevard thriving and getting big and also the dahlia's that I got from a co-op. Those were huge and blooming when I was there in June. So I just may have a couple things.

CARAT Love it I want a house with no one around. How much land do you have? I live in a subd. but our houses are on 1.3 to 1.5 acre. I could not stand it any closer. Deanna

Its a total of 14.4 acres and about 6 are cleared land. And I when I say cleared I mean all but about 6 trees are gone and the ones remaining are sweetgum and one I think is a wild cherry. That is the one I want to build my greenhouse near in the picture. 2.4 acres are cleared in the front of the property in two separate pastures that are on either side of the drive way.

I love the fact that I can't hear the neighbors. Especially right now since the hispanic family across the street from us is having their daughters 15th birthday which is a huge day for her but a long and loud night for us.

Deed restrictions in our area won't allow for any retail business to be operated until 2025. So maybe by then I might have a clue to what I am doing and have learned enough to open one.

What about mail order...guess that is retail...lol. But anyway, it looks like you've got a nice piece of dirt to work with. Hope you get to move soon :)
