I am almost sure this is a hardy, the leaves are not glossy.....I believe my good trading friend rjuddharrison sent it to me.

Looks like a hardy to me. Name? No idea. I've been trading hardy seeds and know one seems to know the names. Don't worry about it. Also mine don't look the same year to year, there are usually color differences.
