The United States National Health Insurance Act, H.R. 676 (Medicare for All) will:

2. How? by using all of our healthcare money for healthcare rather than for maintaining the insurance companies' immense profits, administrative bureacracy, CEO salaries, marketing, lobbying costs, and stockholder dividends.
3. Non-profit Medicare for All would be that American system that will be improved and enhanced to provide quality care for everybody.
4, Medicare for All will also provide for negotiation of drug prices, and everyone will be guaranteed the prescription drugs as well as all of the healthcare they need.
