garden scarecrows for magazine article

Douglasville, GA

Fellow gardeners, Dave has given me his okay to post this message about a magazine article I'm writing. We're looking for scarecrows to photograph for a story that will run in 2008. They can be funny, scary, made of odd parts, whatever. The editor prefers scarecrows that are actually being used in someone's field or garden (as opposed to standing in a parking lot as an entry in some fall contest). He will even send a photographer out to your location if we can find what we're looking for.

Can anyone help? If you'll reply with a description, or better yet, with an image, we will let you know if we can help make your scarecrow "famous"!

Thanks so much!
