giant bannana seeds

I am after seeds from bannana of any very large fruiting variety. I have been looking for ages but found seeds for ornamental or smaller (lady finger) variety.

I think you need the plant. I've read where the seeds of edible varieties aren't viable to start from seed. I have a grand nain available for trade if your interested. What do you have to trade?

Thanks for replying to my question.. Im actually in Australia & looks like quaranteen wont be happy bringing in seeds from OS.. Looks like I have to look localy.. though... I went to a webpage the seedman.com & he had some giant bannana seeds for sale!
