I just love this time of the year where all around me when some varieties of our Crapes are blown-out with colour!!..I've been enjoying mine daily ..watching it fill up with blooms..I stood at the front door with the rains and saw the white petals flowing to the ground..looking like white snow as it hits the ground...

It's so hard to try and describe the colour of Climbing rosa "Felicia"..she's a soft delicate pinky-beigy colour..her fragrance is very unique..not bad for just being planted as a baby back in fall '2006

Your gardens photos are so lovely. Thank you for sharing your photos. I love the fragrance of the David Austin roses. Have you been able to keep your roses healthy in all this rain? I've always thought that a rose/clematis combination is great.

Jeanne, I used to have Felicia. She has spectacular fragrance, but I think black spot got mine. Not sure whether to try again or not. I have Ernest Markham planted on the trellis with Mdm. Alfred Derriere.

You've got some of my favorites, clematis and crepe myrtles. They're beautiful. I didn't know how jealous some gardeners are of our CM's.Thet do seem to thrive here . When I first started gardening I started with those and daylily's. Glad I did or I might have given up with more tempermental plants.

Colleyville, TX(Zone 8a)

You've got the garden and the spelling covered. Brilliant!

Wonderful Roses - we are working on a rose garden here, but mostly filled with cuttings rather then named. So we have the Waxahachie Graveyard number 3 rose and the like. I cannot wait for it to get looking like that in a few years!
