I'm so jealous! Where and when did you get 'Green Envy'? "Spill the beans"and tell me! ;-)

I've been wanting it! I ordered one from a mail order company on Garden Watchdog (Jan. or Feb.) this year and in April got 'the run around' and sadly, I didn't get it. I was so upset! :-(

Marilyn - this one came from Garden Crossings. I ordered it in Jan. and got it in midMay. It's growing pretty well.

That's where I ordered it from too! When I received the plants I ordered, Green Envy was listed as being shipped, but they didn't include it. I had to email and ask why it wasn't shipped, even though it was listed as being shipped. I felt they weren't being honest with me and 'forthcoming' about it. I was given some lame excuse about it and I have been watching their Garden Watchdog comments they've been getting to see if anyone else received it. :-(((

They even sent an email on (May 1) to me before and they didn't state anything regarding Green Envy. I had to 'call them on it' that they didn't even send it! After I emailed them back about it, several days passed (guess they were trying to make up an excuse to say) and they said on May 4......

"We have very high quality standards and these two items did not meet our stardards for shipping. Every year there are always a couple items that do not grow to our expectations, and unfortunately you picked two of them. I do not think we will have any Green Envy to send you and I apologize that we charged you for it."

Obviously that wasn't the truth since you received yours. They just lied to me and gave mine to someone else. :-(

That is disappointing that they lied to you about it, it's totally different than them saying they couldn't get you one. I have no problem with you posting that in Garden Watchdog. If they want to be the best they can't lie to people.
A big yearly plant sale that I went to in Mid May was claiming to have GE at as a featured plant, but never got them in either.
