Unknown white. It is more ivory than white. Has a strong pink band on the back, but it does not show through.

Unknown pink.

Obviously this is not pink, I don't know how to change it.

Another pink. This one opens a dark pink and fades to a lighter pink.

Sally Moragne

The white one above reminds me of Sally Moragne without the pink bleeding through.

Islandshari I got a plumeria in the tropical coop called rainbow shades. Maybe you could look it up at Buried Treasures and see if it's like yours.

Hi Josegabriele I live in Central just down the road from Baton Rouge. Very nice plumerias.

Thank you, Jeri. I appreciate the compliment. I think someone else in our area also grows plumeria.

Have you been raising them long? I've fallen in love with plumerias and hoyas both.

We're having the MSG LaRU at my house Sept. 8, 2007. We're gonna have a great time and would love it if you could join us. We're doing a plant swap, getting to know each other face to face and eating.

Here is a link to the begining of it:

At this time I don't think I can make it. That's the weekenf after Labor Day and I will be out of town. If my plans change I will let you know.

I have grown tropical plants about 20 years. I have a greenhouse that I winter them in. Plumerias were part of them, but in the last three ot four years, I have shifted more and more towards Plumerias. I have more time now and I have gotten into starting them from seeds. The only problem with seeds is that I don't want to give them away until I see what they look like, but I don't know where I will put them when they grow. It is easy to store 100 or more 6 inch plants, but it becomes more difficult when you start measuring them in feet.

A friend sent me some seeds and I had 5 sprout. It was so exciting!!! I've already given 2 away. I can't resist. Where do you find good ones here in BR? I've ordered mine from Fla. Colors and was lucky enough to go to Hawaii in Feb. and got to bring back 5 of 6.

I have had a couple of plumerias set seeds and I have ordered some on line. I don't think there are places here in BR where you can buy some.
