I.D. Bug please

These are't partial to hibiscus, and they don't seem to create any damage. They like to sit on top of the leaves.

so Kyle,
dangerous to hibs or not?

Norwalk, IA(Zone 5b)

this one can suck the sap from buds and growth tips, so not a real threat unless huge numbers abound.brush them off and step on them. :-)

ok, will brush them off, but hard to step on, since the plants are in the ground, covered with lots of mulch, lol!
I'll just give them the evil eye and tell them to run for their lives!
Seriously though, not alot. No more than any year, I think.
