If anyone knows where I could find a mature Black Australorp rooster, I would really appreciate it! All I can find is chicks and eggs.

Tracey, I've been to several auctions and nobody ever has Mature Black Australorp roosters for sale. I might just have to breakdown and by some chicks.
Have you checked craigslist or freecycle for your area ?? Maybe put an ad in one of those "listing mediums" for your area. A lot of folks try to get rid of extra roo's rather than put them in freezer camp.
You might want to check out backyardchickens.com too in the buy/sell/trade section. You can place a request there as well for free .

google some chicken(poultry ) shows in your area,maybe start with your state
you should be able to find some at shows
Second freecycle, craigslist or those poultry sites. The ALBC has a listing of Australorp breeders, too, I think, and I'm sure breeders need to get rid of roosters often.
I've got an Australorp rooster. I love him.
Why are you looking for a rooster?
around here in the late summer and early fall, there are a lot of agricultural fairs. Often, they will sell chickens there. Or, you could see if there is a chicken show coming up. Those people would know where to get roos even if they don't have any themselves.
