All of my eggys are tilited they are getting ready to hatch soon I've just checked to see they all had the name on top and now
they are tilited I can't wait the sence is killing me hatch babys hatch Momma is waiting and NB wants to see you hatch...

Tracey, You have us all excited now! Just be patient, sometimes it will take a good 24 hours before they get out of the shell, so hold on , they will get here in there own good time!!! Hugs!!!

Good luck with the hatch. I hear my power is out at home (stormed) so I probably won't be able to check on your hatching till I come back to work tomorrow....ugh.

Good morning everyone the eggs are ready to hatch and no peeping as of yet !!! I put water in the incubator this morning
I did it fast.. Every eggy is moving still and that means very soon
now they will hatch..I would like to hear the peeping sound soon...
NB is out of summer school and he said hatch soon...

Power came back on late last night thankfully. Here I thought I would have missed it all and would have a hard time catching up on the posts...lol. It's so stressful waiting for them to "pop" out

When your eggs hatched did they tilit to the pointed end???
They are still in that paishion and moving around in the egg!!!

Thats sounds right Tracey, the wider end has the air sac so they would be heavier at the "pointed" end. Never actually had chicks hatch but like I said it sounds right from what I have read..........
Hey Tracey, I don't know if you know this yet, but to check if your chick is a male or female you do this: You open its left or right wing and you look to see if just "two" rows are equal or non-equal in length. If the rows are equal in length then it's a male. If the rows are not equal in length well then you got yourself a female.

Mine have not hatched yet maybe tonight when we are sleeping or in the morning... I have them in the garge for the hummity
and I have to run down there every time to check up on them still
tilited point down and moving around it won't be long.. I have a baby moniter down their and up at the house to so if I'm sleeping and a peep comes I will run down their very fast to get pics...

My chicks are getting pretty big. I posted some new pictures of them today.
I'll bet you all are on pins and needles. Sounds like it will be soon, though. If the chickens are as pretty as those eggs you're going to have some fine birds.

Boy I thought waiting here on my chicks to hatch was bad enough! Now Im worried about a brood in Missouri too! LOL!!

Oh Tracey, I hope they are alright ! But if things dont work out we will try again later! Im afraid they just didnt make the trip to you safely enough from Georgia! It really takes a while to learn how to get a good hatch from an incubator,too! If there arent any chicks by this afternoon, You might want to hold a couple up to your ear and see if you hear any peeping inside.

It takes a 4 days after day 21 I think but if their not going to hatch soon I will see if any peeping...They are still moving around..And still tilited lets see if they hatch by tomorrow if not
we will check and see if any peeping..Don't worry they will hatch..

I hope they hatch today, or atleast something hatches.....
After day 24 has passed I give up on eggs. If they struggle too long inside they get weak and can't make it out and can only survive so long on their "reserve" yolk sack etc...
Can you hear the eggs chirping (peeping) at you and "knocking" on the inside of the shell when you hold it to your ear ?? Do any of the shells have break points on them where a beak is beating it's way out of the shell ??

Julie, I only heard peeping noses and no breaks. I will give them until July 1st if nothing comes out then I will know they had passed.I have spoken to soon I went down to check to see if any peeping again and heard a peak on one of the eggs along with peeping...

I'm with you!!! mix bantma is the one that pecked and peeping so are some of the others come on babys hatch...Did you get mail from me????
DH is going down to the mailbox now! It has been raining here( thank Heavens) and we were so happy to have rain , that we forgot to check the mail! LOL!!!
I had to ask KB to do that to LOLOLO.. Hope you get one from me and NB!!! I will call on June 30th in the day time to keep you posted more... I've been runing around like a chickens momma and KB and NB are LOLOLO at me. I do have to amite it is funny..KB was laughing so harde at me his soda came out his nose..NB was then laughing at KB ...LOLOLO..
I just laughted at him.. The eggys will be here very soon...
