My front yard has become a basketball court for moles. I can't figure out why. I haven't even put down weed & feed or any other grass fert for the last 3 years. And yet, the little boogers continue to run amuck. Walking accross the front lawn is like walking on a styrofoam pillow. Granted, while I was not there over the past 14 months, the yard has gone to poop, and weeds seem to outnumber the St. Augustine grass by 2 to 1.
Is there any way of making them go away short of killing them? Would a few pounds of cayenne pepper liberally sprikled over the lawn make them move to my neighbor's yard. (He really doesn't care, anyway)
Any ideas?
