Make ahead meals

I'm sure I've already seen some that qualify for this request, but I'd like to see some all in one place....I'm looking for some good ideas for make ahead meals. Something I could maybe make in bulk, or even single recipes, that I could freeze easily in serving sizes, and have for later in the week when I've been working, want a good meal, but don't have time or feel like fussing over the stove too much.

There is definitely a meal on the ground beef thread that I'm going to try, but if anyone has any other spiffy ideas, I would appreciate it. I already make large batches of spaghetti sauce and freeze, so I don't need any of those.
