Help! Newborn kitten

Remember Bitsy? http://davesgarden.com/forums/t/719309/ Well apparently her wound was a lovebite. She missed her spay appointment because of her abcess and we are now the proud parents of 3 newborn kittens. We have two calico females and a black male. Here is why I need help...the male won't nurse. He seems to gasp for air. I believe he aspirated some fluid, Bitsy didn't seem to know what she was doing with him. He's hanging on (they were born btw 5pm and 5:30pm) but I don't know how long he will be with us. I bought formula and a bottle and he won't nurse from that. I held him to her teat and put it in his mouth and he still won't nurse. Bitsy doesn't want anything to do with him. I can't see any obvious defects that would make her ignore him. I'm not sure what else I can do at this point..
