I am going to start propagating these like i did my first ones which are just as pretty but didn't come with names................so be patient..........takes almost a year to start the leaves and get a pretty full blooming plant.....

Ahhhhhhh! It's been on my"gotta have" list for a long time and you go and find it at a nursery. Lucky you!

bigred, you don't know how hard i shop for avs..........I found a nursery in Boerne, Texas on my way to see my grandchildren at camp..........I promise it is not all just luck....and I paid the same as if I had ordered it off of Rob's Violet Barn........honest engine....

I don't get much chance to shop except on-line in my off season.

Poor 'Cool Fruit' died yesterday due to neglect from mother who was busy building a plant stand for her to sit on (LOL)...........i didn't have the wick in any water...........

I went back and found the thread (laughing out loud).............yes, it makes me sad but it is my fault...................bad ole' neglectful mama!!!!

We were in such a hurry that i figured the plants would be ok for 2 days without my attention........wrong!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

It is 11:01 pm.......I am surprised you didn't have a leaf or 2 down of it...

It was too small and tender........very tender leaves...........haven't started many of these as they aren't big guys yet...........
