Poor photo, but I think it's a spotted towhee. Wont show up when the light is good.

Love to listen to them sing! I have one in my backyard that I wait for and when I hear him singing, go to the window to watch him peck like a chicken in the dirt... you know, how they hop and scratch at the ground for grub!

Hope you get a pic of an osprey - that would be quite the thrill!!
