I need an awesome Hummus and garic sauce recipe

Im trying to expand my family's limited cooking repertoire. We all love hummus, but have never made It seems to be something that can have a lot of tweeking done to it once you get the base down. We are also total garlic fanatics, and would love to find an awesome garlic sauce.

That being said, does anyone have any awesome recipes?
