Oops, I did it again!

San Leandro, CA(Zone 9b)

There is 1 nursery that has the newer plants. This one came out in 2006. I loved the variegation. I passed by it on 2 visits but yesterday I just couldn't muster the energy to walk on by again. I am such a sucker for anything new and anything with lots of variegation.

I wish I could find a more reasonable source.

That's a perfect specimen, IMO. Very beautiful plant. Nothing is reasonably priced anymore, so just enjoy it.

That is one Gorgeous Plant! I love anything variegated too, but don't have a lot of luck with Dracaena's except the Marginata, for some reason.

..... Love that Angel Statue next to your plant too! I am really into Angels!

Is this plant easy to grow? Any interesting info about it we should know?

Taft, TX(Zone 9a)

kell,I don't blame you a bit for not passing up that variegation!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

San Leandro, CA(Zone 9b)

I can't find any info other than it was introduuced in the 2006 New Plant section of the TPIF
http://www.fngla.org/tpie/newPlants.asp

If I could access that page I could read more about it but can only find the 2007 list.

I hope it is easy. It will kill me if I kill it.

Beautiful plant, Kell. Makes a bold statement. Architectural. A definite plus anywhere.

Kell, do you live at Armstrong? LOL You go there way more than I do and it's 5 minutes from my house!

San Leandro, CA(Zone 9b)

LOL Liz. I do go there a lot but mostly every time I go to Kaiser down the street. LOL. And I go a lot for my blood pressure. So I treat myself to a stop at Armstrongs. It is getting very expensive. LOL Sadly, my B/P is so good, they are going to cut me loose soon. Shoot. I may have to eat some salt before my next visit.

Hi Snowrose!! Happy to see you! Look, it is not PINK! LOL

When I walk by it, it makes me smile. So I am glad I bought it.

You'll just have to come up with another excuse to go there then! I think getting your BP down is a reason to celebrate, should give you an excuse for at least 10 trips or so!

Frederick, MD(Zone 6b)

You're making me laugh. Maybe we are expanding our horizons!

San Leandro, CA(Zone 9b)

I can't afford 10 more trips, Liz. LOL! I always find something I just have to have. They have the new Dracaena Limelight which have been walking by. I know some day they will have such a big fat one, I will have to get it. Oh it is so pretty.

I love lime too, Snowrose. Lime and hot pink together............so nice and gaudy. Even royal purple and lime is a delight. LOL. I have been so busy I stopped checking out Plantfile pics, so I bet missed lots of your beauties. I seem to have a bit more time now so I am hanging out more on my favorite forums. I hope to see lots of your incredible PINK plants!

I agree about lime. I've used it more than ever this year in outdoor containers. Adds pizzazz aka gaudy.

San Leandro, CA(Zone 9b)

I love cobo pots. Have any pics of yours, Snowrose? Which plants that are lime do you like to use?

Bushland, TX(Zone 6a)

Hi Kell,
Years ago they came out with a dreacena, very close to that one called Victoria,I've yet to find any to buy around here, the difference is the leaves are very long as the dreacena mass
variety ,so you might look to see if that might be some sport from that variety.
