Favorite Potluck Recipe ???

What's that dish you take to the potluck that you just KNOW somebody will insist on having the recipe... ?? The one that the dish is always empty and you got the oooo'ss and aaaahhh's from... ??

I've got a potluck in a couple weeks (it's a every summer thing ) and traditionally I take atleast 2 dishes and I always try to make something different to add to the choices. A lot of the ladies bring the same dish year after year and there are many we look forward to.... potluck potatoes (cheese and sour cream), the meatballs, the taco salad... you get the idea. I just like to take something I know is not a repeat on anyone else's dish at the shindig.

So come on, I'm starting my search for my choices for this years party and I need your help. Toss your all time fav potluck recipe at me...lol.
