Hardy Blue passie neve has bloomed

I bought a hardy blue pasie from a very reputable dealer on Ebay...the vines have gone crazy, but this is the third year and I have yet to see a bloom. I am in zone 5/6. Any reason for this? Thanks Janet

I had a hardy passiflora one year and mine didn't bloom either, but it shot up sprouts all over the place. It must not be as hardy as I thought it was going to be because it didn't come back the next year. I wasn't disappointed since I was already trying to figure out how to get the invasiveness controlled. LOL!
I have no idea why they don't bloom unless there are male and female vines.

That is exactly what mine is doing. It dies in the winter and now there are tons of shoots growing all over the place. If I knew if mine was a boy or girl, we could do a little match making! LOL Janetlee
