Creamed Cheese Fruit dip

Gladwin, MI(Zone 5a)

Last year a visiting friend brought up a fruit dip and a quart of strawberries, for a snack. We were instantly hooked on the stuff. Problem was, when I went to the store I found it was 4 dollars a pint and too pricey for me. Sooooo, I figured out my own. Buying the store brands I can make this for half the price and tastes pretty darned good. Great for picnics, or lounging on the deck this summer.

Cream cheese fruit dip:

1- 8 oz pkg of cream cheese, softened
Add gradually....
1- Tbsp lemon juice
and
1- 14oz can sweetened condensed milk.

I use a wire whip, but you can use a mixer to make it smooth.
That is it....easy and yummy. Just dip and savor.
