Turkey question! Pink bumps on neck

I went out to do the afternoon water change/feed refill in the coop, the tom (he was the one that charged me and I marked him with food coloring) neck looks very pink and has kinda growths on it. One of the other ones too. Is this normal? I know they get all bumpy I am just wondering when. I got them June 1 and they were supposed to be day olds (or there abouts) With Eufaula chicken pox maybe I am wee bit paranoid. My turkey book doesn't say when they "get bumpy" I was told you can watch them grow and I believe it. So someone please set my mind as ease!!!!!

My young toms have bumpy pinkish/red necks. It does look odd...lol.

Mine are only about 7 wks old or there abouts.
