White Nanking Cherry problem

Several years ago, in two different years, I bought two white nanking cherry bushes from Edible Landscaping. This year they fruited, but the fruits were red and not white. The company's been stingy in communications and I do not know if they are going to replace them or tell me what went wrong. Does anybody else here have white nankings or any info to share about them or the problem I have? I really wanted the whites to avoid the local bird problem. Any information would be appreciated, either as post here or dmail.
