I've also got a recipe for Greek Pasta Salad that uses up a lot of fresh oregano (plus basil, feta cheese, tomatoes, corn, black beans, balsamic vinegar and olive oil)... I took some to the recent swap at Hart's and posted the recipe here, http://davesgarden.com/forums/p.php?pid=3601374
The idea for this thread came to mind just this afternoon as I was mixing together ingredients for the delicious lamb-burgers that DH grilled.... I'll put the recipe in the next post...
