I hope we have some herb/vitamin gurus here. My Son-in-law works for Gaia Herbs and he is always giving me bottles of cool herbs. But I am unlearned in herbs, much more learned in vitamins.
The label on the Nettle Leaf says that it supports healtlhy function of the upper respiratory system. Is this something to take during a bad cold or other upper respiratory infections or is it something that should be taken regularly. I am especially interested because I inhale a lot of second-hand smoke.
I also have a bottle of liquid Melissa Supreme (for children). It says "supports healthy concentration." It takes 60 (!) drops for a kid 10-13 years old. What would it take an adult?
