With several people at work having poison ivy , I 'd like to know what this is before I pull it. Or, should I be propagating more?

I think it's some sort of Virginia Creeper, kind of pretty. It's not Poison Ivy.

Virginia Creeper would be my guess, too. I have very good luck with mine on a fenceline (it seems happy with its fence and hasn't tried going anywhere else), but if this is near a garden area you value a lot, it's probably not the best thing to have there.

Looks like a creeper to me as well, I say...rip it out! (wear gloves, its not rash creating like poison ivy, it can still be irritating though)
