Kalanchoe daigremontiana, or Mother of Thousands - aptly named due to the plantlets that form on the leaves (especially when the plant is grown dry). This plant can be considered a weed in the greenhouse where the plantlets multiply like seed (they fall off easily). The bloom is actually spectacular, panicles of rose colored flowers hanging down in clusters, it reached about 8 feet high when it flowered in my GH.

THANKS A BUNCH.

Down here in 11a, this plant easily escapes, as long as the irrigation does not reach it.
