What is causing this? I repotted this spring and it really hasn't recovered. I watered with ST too.

I'm not sure what's going on with your Philo, but it looks like it may need a larger pot. When you repotted this spring were there lots of roots? Sometimes yellowing leaves are caused by too much water, and sometimes by too little water. It also could be iron deficiency or lacking some nutrient. Maybe you can post your pic and question over on the Aroid Forum ... there are a couple of real pro's over there who know a great deal about Philo's!
