Very much a newbie question :)

Yeah! I received my rooted cuttings of Phet Praya Lae and Paung Chompu today! So, as soon as I get home from work, I will plant them. Here's my newbie question. The rooted cuttings were sent bare root with absolutely nothing to keep the roots moist or protected. Is this normal? The stems are green and look healthy, so I would assume that's a good thing. It's just that I'm so used to getting Brug cuttings that are wrapped in wet paper towels, etc., that it threw me off to see these taped to the bottom of the box with no moisture.
Any input would be greatly appreciated. Thanks much!

Remember that these are succulents, where as brugs are water loving plants that easily dry out and die.

I've received rooted and/or grafted plumerias from Thailand that were wrapped only in plastic and that took ten days to get here. They rebounded just fine. Just pot them up and water them in well. The roots will plump up in no time. You can add a little Superthrive or Vitamin B-1 to the water to help with transplant/transport shock.

Thanks much for the input!
Clara, that's exactly where the rooted cuttings came from. It took 13 days for me to receive them. I'm just amazed that something like that can go for so long without water!
