Garden Pots, SC outlets?

Columbia, SC

We're looking for some interesting ceramic garden pots of various sizes and designs. Where does one go around Columbia, SC or SC generally for a good selection of interesting terra cotta and other ceramic or stone pots?

We came across this site: http://tuscanimports.com/index which has fabulous Italian imports in Florence (SC that is!). But these are a little more expensive than what we had in mind.

I welcome your suggestions.

Don, Those pots from Florence are something else, I wonder if they have an outlet? LOL, even if they did I doubt I could afford their seconds.

I lived in Columbia before the big boom so I am not a great source for you but there is that Mexican pottery outlet at the Farmer's Market. Their stuff is only fair to middling but it is inexpensive. There used to be a clay flower pot place on Two Notch Rd. out towards Elgin that had some interesting things once in a while. Tuesday Morning (I know there is one at Trenholm Plaza) often has good finds. Also, the antique place on the corner of Huger and Blossom (I think) used to have some expensive but really interesting things at times. Do you ever get down to Savannah? I can give you the name of a good place there. Good luck.

It is a ways from you but 'Ol' Time Pottery' above Greenville toward Spartanburg is good. Take hwy 85 and follow the signs. Do you have a 'Garden Ridge' in Columbia? If not there is one in Greenville. Good luck(:
