Not me, but a fellow DGer in NC needs to have a birth certificate picked up in Dallas and overnighted to her... if anyone can help her out, I'm sure she'd appreciate it.

I'm not in Dallas, but unless the certif. is in someone's possession already, I'm pretty sure you need to get those in Austin, the capital of Texas.
If this is not the case, then I've served to "bump up" your request! :)

Just FYI, I picked up my son's birth cert in Dallas. I think that you have two options: the state capital, or the county that the record was filed in.
