I love artichokes, and would like to try to grow them. Thistles do really well in my yard, so why not their relatives *G*. I know it's iffy, but I was kidnapped by a seed-selling website and forced to buy seeds. Lots of seeds. Now I need to know when and how to start them,cuz they didn't come with directions. Be prepared for lots of off-the-wall veggie inquiries....
