No birds?

Can any body tell me why I don't have any birds visiting my feeder area?

His name is Bum. He's ten years old, has six toes on all four paws and weighs around twenty pounds. I am getting a few birds to come the feeding station. Tree swallows, scrub jays and humming birds. I had to rebuild it shortly after I first built it because a bear wanted the suet strip that I had attached to the rails. He pretty much destroyed every thing.

Resin... I hate to disagree with you but birds on this side of the pond aren't afraid of Frogs. The rocks are natural to this area. They aren't quite as blue as the photo shows. The inner area is cement that has been painted blue
