I am in Bend, Oregon, high desert country, and I framed in a raised bed w/ bunch of big lava rocks w/ wooden fence as the back! Duh, wooden fence will rot, uh? I have about 5-7 inches of soil into this project so far. Need another 15-20 Inches. Quick! What can I use as the back wall, (walls, as it is in the corner)? This is my mothers day gift to my dear dear daughter in law. And my son is my worker bee.
