Didnt want you all to think I'd forgotten you! But silly me I hurt my back while gardening! So I will be out of commission for a little while! Im typing this standing up,OUCH! Cant sit down at all, must lay down! dont worry Im used to it and I bounce back pretty good!

My oh My, How wonderful it is to have such a group of friends as yourselves! Thank you for all the prayers and well wishes! Im doing much better now. Trying to go slow and not over do! I can only sot in this position for a very short while! My back feels like a n Accordian with marshmellows in between the Vertibrae, marshmellows that hurt, when pinched! Im sure there are others of you that Know what Im talking about! I cant keep my balance to good and when I get off center "Ouch" again!
Im going to read the posts and then go and get some more rest! When I feel up to it Ill post some pictures and a big surprise from Mama Japanese bantam!!!!!

my back is much better, it got better when i gave it some time
to mend by laying down. sitting made it worse. now, when i
garden, i do it from a chair or from a stool or from a cart.
i dont bend over and pull weeds or rake anymore. those
are my back killers. I learned my lesson!

Thank you all, yes I am sooo much better! Just took it easy and rested when needed! I didnt push myself at all! I know how long it takes for a herniated disk to recover and I didnt want to reinjure it. The older I get the more prone I am to overdo my back and the slower to recover. Ahhhhh, such is life!
Sheri , I too , now use a plastic chair to garden! Im now looking for one of those little seats on wheels built for the garden!
