Conroe Texans
Can you give me some suggestions on nurseries in the area that I can visit? Hubbie and I are here until Saturday and I would like to check out some nurseries nearby. We stopped by Buchanon's and one other nursery in Houston this morning on the way up. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

Anyone from Conroe Around?
I've been told there's a really good one on Hwy 75 (N Frazier) between FM 3083 and Willis - The Grower's Outlet, address is 11173 Hwy 75. My favorite nursery is past Tomball (west) on FM 2920 - The Arbor Gate. Not in Conroe, but worth the drive.
Thank you! I got information on Go Gardening about The Arbor Gate and we plan on stopping by on our way home. Several Dg'ers recommended it and I appreciate you confirming what I read. Will need to check out the Grower's Outlet too.

Will you be travelling on Highway 6 towards College Station? If so, don't miss Martha's Bloomers - right side of hwy just north of 105 (near Navasota). Wonderful place also.
