Stormy had me worried yesterday

Belleville, IL(Zone 6b)

Has anyone ever had a dog go unconscious from having the wind knocked out of them?
Petey who ourweighs Stormy by 30 lbs was running in the yard and Stormy was being her bossy self and ramming into him full speed ahead. I am not sure what exactly happened. I think Petey most likely stood still and Stormy ran into him full speed ahead.
As I headed back to the house I looked around and didn't see Stormy, my boxer. She wasn't barking any longer so I turned to look behind me and there she was laying on the ground limp as a wet noodle and not responding. I thought her neck was broken and was really upset. She looked dead.
I couldn't pick her up as she weighs 56 lbs. I grabbed her under her front legs and dragged her to the patio. She came around and looked disoriented, but that was all. So I tried her legs and they all worked. I took her inside and put her in her crate to cool off so I could observe her. She seemed fine.
She must have really plowed into Petey.
I have been limiting their play since she is so bossy and tries to rule over Petey. She will lay on her back and kick him and he chews on her neck, the only thing he can get at. Since she has such short hair she is getting scabs where he nibbles on her. It doesn't bother her, but looks bumpy. So I have not been letting her play with him without watching them.
I wish she wouldn't play so hard and would think before she plows into him.
Anyway, she is fine now and I guess that she just had all the wind knocked out of her. No problems since that with eating or drinking or anything.
