Hi! I am getting ready to do this as well, have some hoya cuttings in water and a hydro system pot waiting - did you root your cuttings first in water or did you just put them in without roots?

What type of medium did you put in the hydroponic pots you got doing Dimmer? It looks like hazelnuts. :)

Okay, I have to try this. I have had the stuff for a long while now but just haven't had the nerve to pot the seeds. I'm gonna do it this week. Your plants look great! Not sure what the boyfriend is going to think of tomatoes growing in the house (haha) but the poor greenhouse is still in a mess from the hurricane. (Yeah I know 2 years, but we've been cleaning up other stuff!).

Thanks for sharing your pictures! Keep us posted!

I guess I have no idea what a medium is. as far as the roots I cut them off and just put in water I have quit a few that have rooted

I meant what are those brown things in the water that you have your plant roots mixed with. They look like walnuts to me... Are those just decorative to hide the roots or are they for root support?

They are clay pellets I was looking at this web and that is what they have in the glasses to start the plants www.waterroots.com
