I put in an order on Sunday, I called today and they said it would be shipped 2-3 weeks! Now, I am not a patient person, will it really be 2-3 weeks :( I am used to putting in an order at Rob's and having it either that week or the next. I have even paid the express shipping just so I could get it that week :0.
What size pot can I expect the "companion plants" to come in?

Tell me your experiences with Lyndon Lyon
I've never ordered from them but I think there are a few folks who post on this forum who have ordered a number of times. I've always heard very good things about this company. Sometimes there are numerous reasons for delayed shipping. This is a really busy time of year for most nursery businesses. 2-3 weeks doesn't seem like very long to me. I have placed orders with Rob's also and gotten them very quickly. I just placed an order with Robs on 5/29 and got an email from them that my order will be shipped the week of June 4th, which is this week, but since then I added to my order, so it may be delayed a bit. I understand perfectly about not being a patient person! LOL. I am not either. But, when it comes to mail order, sometimes we just have to wait patiently. :(
I think Lyndon Lyon may be a much larger company than Rob's or even Bluebirds so they probably do more volume of business and it's probably first come, first serve. You said you even paid extra for express shipping? If thats the case, maybe you should give them another call and ask why it will be 2-3 weeks to fill and ship your order.
Hope you will post a photo of what you get from them! And, I don't know what you mean by "companion plants".
I know they don't ship year round like Rob's does, so I am probably at the bottom of the backlog list. I actually got an email from them tonight saying 3-4 weeks (crying).
I paid the express shipping at Rob's. I am actually kind of upset with Rob's right now. I ordered an Alsobia San Miguel and they substituted it with Cygnet even though their website says small plants available of the San Muguel. I emailed them and asked why they did that and no response. Guess I will have to give them a call.
I don't really know about the size of them, but Rob's pictures show it to be pretty big. I have actually been to Bluebirds as I live in NC and it is pretty good size, but they have mostly Av's. They are really good to deal with.
I think you will get your order this week even though you added to it. I did that and they still sent it in the same week they originally said. Be sure to let us know what goodies you got, and post a pic if you can.
Companion plants are "other" gessies, like columnea, nematanthus, codananthe etc.

I've ordered a few times and though I had to wait a bit, it was worth it. nice varieties, nice sized plants.
If I wasn't already overloaded with plants, I'd place an order again. (keep telling yourself that Lali!!! LOL)
