My butterfly bush (davidii) has been doing wonderful, covered in blooms for weeks. All of a sudden, it's dropped leaves and what leaves are left are turning yellow. It's in a raised bed in full sun. I'm thinking it's from all the rain we've had lately. I don't see any bugs of any kind on it and no obvious fungal problems, just dropping leaves and looking really pathetic. Is anyone else having a problem like this and is it the water that's caused the problem?
Buddleia Question
One of my really big sunflower plants about 7 feet tall is dying today, it came on overnight, I think it is too much water also, although the other sunflowers are not having that problem, I hope.

Oh no! Mine is doing great, but it wouldn't surprise me if your's is ailing because of all the rain we've had lately.
I am also hoping my Elephant garlic won't rot in the ground. As soon as it dries out a bit it is coming out.
My Nanho Blue started look downright pitiful last week. I finally dug it up (turns out it was in standing water from all the rain we got last week, poor thing), trimmed it back drastically and put it in a pot for 2 days. I replanted it yesterday in a higher spot in the flowerbeds and already this morning it is looking much happier. That is one tough plant.
