OT, but their bulbs!

Wichita, KS(Zone 6a)

I wanted to post this here, they are all bulbs and I knew you all would appreciate them. This is the newest garden project! I like taking picture of my garden, so I down loaded a few to walmart.com and change them to black and white, had them printed 1-hour, picked them up and they look awesome. The lily, amayllis, and tulip are 8x10, the others are 5x5.

How clever and artistic! A very nice way to personalize your decor and bring the garden inside.

I am very impressed. I bet you could sell those as art pieces. They look great! How much experence do you have as a photographer? I am not so good at it.

Thank you! I was trying to find a cheap way to have pictures, their just so much. I have no experence as a photographer. I took a photography class back in high school, 20 years ago. I just take a lot of pictures, this year I've already taken over 600 photos. I've notice the pictures I like, are usually closeups.

Just "lurking" here on the bulb forum and came across this thread and have to comment!

Ghiagirl: Your art project is AWESOME! What a great idea! Hope you don't mind if I steal it! I have been wanting to do something over my sofa for years and just haven't found anything I like especially or that is affordable! We have a painting that my hubby put up there ... it's been in the family for years, painted the year I was born 1948, so it's 59 years old. It's a pretty painting called "Deep South" but it's of a Swamp! He had it cleaned and rematted a couple of years ago and was going to send it to an auction that said it would sell for around $1500. Well ... the framing people didn't get it back in time for that auction, so now it's hanging back on our wall. I'm gonna try to talk hubby to send it back out to auction and I am going to do a project like yours! I love taking pic's of my garden and love the idea of converting them to black & white. So .... again, I thank you for posting your Beautiful artwork and giving me the idea for my wall! Great Job!
