Love my Trailers...
pretty!
I drowned that one - literally..... I was growing it in a glass bowl and one day I realized it was bone dry, and so I poured tons of warm water into it to re-hydrate the peat mix. You know how difficult that can be. Then I forgot to pour out the excess water....
I am in Awe of some of y'all's Gorgeous plants!
WHAT you drowned something...????
It is a cutie isn't it???
I can share a piece if you like it needs repotting at the moment..I have a cute PINK(It sported) one too..:-}
Yes, I do know about trying to rewet that stuff.. I sue a drop of dish soap & warmish water. Now trying to pour it off a terrarium is kinda tricky definitely not for the ungraceful MsC...

I might have to add to it! I've seen a lot of photo's posted with names Rob's something's ... and have always wondered if they were all from there but keep forgetting to ask!
Sure CAN... please just send me your addy & a lil note to remind me by d-mail cause I'll forget...
Yes, Rob's series of violets do very well for me. I love the trailers he breeds...I had bunches of his but now I only have a few left.

So purdy, MsC!! Is it blue or purple? The blue ones just make me melt!
I use a turkey baster to get the excess water out of a terrarium - tilt it to the side, and suck it out! :o) They're good for watering, too. I found a cheapo plastic ketchup/mustard type squirt bottle at Walmart a week or so ago. I'm already loving it for watering.
Ki, I almost did the same thing to Indian Trail. It's in a wine glass (what else??) and was so dry. I watered it and it looked fine. A couple hours later, I noticed it was tilted. It had floated up and fallen over. LOL
very pretty MsC.
Gotta go get one of those Ketchup/mustard bottles for watering .... I've been using a hair color bottle and it doesn't hold much!
