Need Pulled Pork recipe for 40+ guests

My DH is retiring and we are having all of his work friends over for a good-bye party on the 23rd of this month. He wants a BBQ menu with Pulled pork, coleslaw, baked beans, corn bread, devil eggs, etc.

I found some great recipes for the coleslaw, devil eggs,and the corn bread here on Daves , but I need a "tried and true" recipe for pulled pork. I know some of you must have cooked for a group of 40+ and I really need your recipe. Can you share it? Thanks so much!!!
