I don't think the two I need to ID are Broms but you all should know better!! LOL I would be delighted if they are!
It has never bloomed/flowered, and there where two plants in th original pot planted more closely together. When I repotted it I moved them farther apart.
Either way I know they need help! Here is a pick of the first one!

Nope... pretty sure that's a corn plant or cordyline.
